You’ve had enough of endless dieting, fads, restrictions and food rules, and you’re not prepared to spend any more time losing and gaining those same kilos. Nutrition coaching helps you to break away from damaging diet culture and to lose weight whilst treating yourself more kindly.

Sessions can be in-person in my welcoming coaching room near Basingstoke, online via video call or over the phone, at flexible times to fit around your other commitments.

Fad-Free Breakthrough – 90 minutes (£199)

What is Breakthrough?

Breakthrough is an in-depth conversation to discuss what is important to you and to share ideas to get you started with making positive changes to your diet.

In this session we talk about:

  • understanding where you are now with your weight and nutrition
  • how you feel in yourself and how you want to feel
  • your personal priorities around health, weight or nutrition knowledge – what really matters to you
  • your weight management goals
  • potential barriers and strategies for overcoming them
  • setting realistic, achievable targets
  • evidence-based advice and practical actions

After the session you will be sent summary notes including targets and action points to help you to get started. We’ll also have a follow-up call a week later to see how you are getting on.


Fad-Free 1:1

It takes time to achieve sustainable success, especially when it involves addressing long-held habits or working towards a significant weight-loss target.

What is Fad-Free 1:1?

The 8-session Fad-Free 1:1 programme has two elements:

  • an optional meal plan to get you started with losing weight
  • ongoing 1:1 nutrition coaching to build the essential foundations for sustainable fat loss

By committing to the Fad-Free 1:1 programme, you recognise that another quick fix isn’t the answer and that successful fat loss is about so much more than just food. It has been developed to help you to feel healthier, lighter, more knowledgeable and able to enjoy a diet-free future.

We start with your 90-minute Breakthrough session, with the optional addition of a personalised, practical, appealing meal plan for you to start with straight away.

You then have 3 x 60-minute weekly nutrition coaching sessions, followed by 4 x fortnightly sessions as your confidence and autonomy develop.

The Coaching Sessions

These sessions always begin with celebrating successes and reviewing challenges. We then take time to examine any areas which might have held you back in the past so that you can build the foundations for lasting future fat loss.

These might include:

  • emotional / comfort eating
  • meal planning and preparation
  • food habits & behaviours
  • managing your food environment
  • making healthy choices easier
  • strategies for eating out
  • stress management
  • improving sleep
  • activity & exercise

You will also receive a mid-session accountability check-in by text or email and ongoing background support as you need it.
