Sessions can be in-person in my welcoming coaching room in North Waltham near Basingstoke, online via video call or over the phone, at flexible times to fit around your other commitments.

Breakthrough – 90 minutes (£199)

Breakthrough is a one-off, in-depth conversation to discuss what is important to you and to share ideas to get you started with making realistic, manageable changes to your diet.

In this session we talk about:

  • understanding where you are now with your weight and nutrition
  • how you feel in yourself and how you want to feel
  • your personal priorities around health, weight or nutrition knowledge – what really matters to you
  • your weight management goals
  • potential barriers and strategies for overcoming them
  • setting realistic, achievable targets
  • evidence-based advice and practical actions

After the session you will be sent summary notes including targets and action points to help you to get started. We’ll also have a follow-up call a week later to see how you are getting on.


Fad-Free 1:1 – 12 Sessions

Need a bit more support?

It takes time to achieve sustainable success, especially when it involves addressing long-held habits and food behaviours, or working towards a significant weight-loss target. This 12-session 1:1 programme consists of two strands: an optional meal plan to get you started with losing weight, and ongoing nutrition coaching to build the essential foundations for sustainable fat loss. After your 12 sessions, you may of course choose to continue the coaching for as long as you need to.

By committing to the Fad-Free 1:1 programme, you recognise that another quick fix isn’t the answer and that successful fat loss is about so much more than just food. It has been developed to help you to feel healthier, lighter, more knowledgeable and able to enjoy a diet-free future.

We start with a 90-minute session, similar to the Breakthrough session above, but with the optional addition of us compiling together a personalised, practical, appealing meal plan for you to start with straight away.

The subsequent 11 x 45-minute coaching sessions are weekly for 6 weeks, then fortnightly as your confidence and autonomy develop. All sessions are driven by you, with a focus on celebrating success and reflecting on challenges. Throughout these sessions, we will cover all of the relevant essential questions that are key to reaching your weight loss goals, which may include:

  • food habits & behaviours
  • how to manage your environment & make healthy choices easier
  • strategies for eating out
  • how stress, sleep and exercise link to diet & fat loss
  • celebration of Non-Scale Victories – because your success is so much more than a number

  • components of a healthy diet
  • foods to support fat loss
  • simple food swaps
  • improve fibre & hydration
  • contingencies for when you need them
  • activity & exercise
  • stress management

You will also receive a mid-week accountability check-in by text or email and ongoing background support as you need it.
