Hello, I’m Kate!

Perhaps like you, I spent most of my adult life bouncing from one fad diet to the next, stuck in an exhausting cycle of restrict – binge – guilt – restrict again…

You name it, I’d tried it, from Special K to SlimFast, intermittent fasting to sugar-free. If it promised a quick fix, I’d give it a go.

And yet none of these diets gave me the results I wanted. I ended up frustrated, miserable and with no idea about what my body really needed.

Something had to change…

It wasn’t until my mid-forties, when I began studying nutrition after leaving my teaching career, that I learnt it wasn’t me with the problem. A lack of willpower or not having found the right diet yet had nothing to do with it.

It was dieting itself that was keeping me stuck in the exhausting, frustrating yo-yo cycle of losing then regaining weight.

Through a combination of my own experience and my training as a Level 4 Nutrition Coach (with the Ofqual-approved BTN Academy), I’m able to support my clients with breaking away from destructive diets and feel confident with their food choices.

Since starting my coaching business in 2022, I’ve empowered my clients to lose weight, improve their nutrition and leave behind the shame and confusion of constant dieting.
